We stand behind our banjos
We stand behind our banjos 100%, and our warranty reflects the care that goes into our banjos. Your Cox banjo is warranted for life to the original owner of the instrument beginning on the date of purchase.
If at any time you experience a problem with your Cox banjo due to faulty workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the banjo, at our option. Any repairs will be made at no cost for labor or materials.
What is NOT covered under the Cox warranty:
* Any banjo that has been modified or damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or improper operation is not covered under the warranty.
* Damage resulting from exposure to extremes of humidity or temperature.
* Damage from accessories, including but not limited to, capos, straps, picks or stands.
* Damage to the banjo resulting from any alteration or repair performed by any party other than Cox Banjos.
* Cracking, discoloration or damage of any kind to the banjo finish or plating.
* Normal wear and tear, including frets, machine heads, plating, bridge, banjo head, and case exterior is not covered.
* Shipping damage of any kind.
